The sgian dubh also Skean Duh (Pronounced Skeen Doo), or Scottish Black Knife is a small, single-edged knife (Scottish Gaelic: sgian) worn as part of traditional Scottish Highland dress along with the kilt. Also referred to as a Scottish Sock Knife.
The elite Kingdom of Arms Scottish Highland Dress Sgian Dubh features a hand hammered 5160 carbon steel blade as the originals were made, full tang, heat treated and tempered as the originals, with a sharp edge. The handle is Kamagong Ironwood with notched pattern as the originals. The tang is mushroomed over the top of the Crown. The sheath is wood with steel accents.
