Paul Chen CAS Hanwei Medieval Swords and Katana Swords

The Paul Chen / CAS Hanwei Forge aka Hanwei Swords was the brainchild of Mr. Chen Chao-Po, originally of Taiwan, they first started making swords in 1991.
